At Benington Primary School, we care about your personal information. We collect and use information about pupils, parents, and staff to keep everyone safe, support learning, and run the school properly.
We only share information when necessary, for example with the local council, health services, or when a pupil moves school. We keep information secure and only for as long as needed.
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee the way the school handles data and ensure that requests for data are dealt with in accordance with GDPR.
Parents and carers can ask to see, correct, or delete information we hold about their child. Any subject access requests (SAR), Freedom of Information requests (FOI) and queries you have about the way in which your data is handled please contact our DPO.
