School Council

The school council is made up of children from Years 2 to 6. Council members have created a manifesto, explaining why their peers should elect them to be onto the School Council.

School Council Manifesto

  • Are you confident, sensible and helpful?
  • Do you like working in a group?
  • Do you have lots of ideas about how to improve Benington Primary School?
  • Have you thought about joining the Benington School council?

We are looking for positive, responsible, caring and supportive pupils to make up this year’s School Council. If you think you would be a great member of the council this is your chance!

Prospective council members write a statement explaining all the reasons why their classmates should vote for them. These are read out in class and an anonymous vote is held.

Good luck!
