Supporting your child with extra learning at home
- Where ever possible please support your child with extra learning at home. We prefer not to remove them from class for missed learning or they then miss this lesson instead, causing a vicious cycle.
- Class letters explain which topics are being followed to help parents support their child at home. Oak Academy has a wealth of activities. We use Purple Mash for computing teaching.
- Reading, practising spellings and tables can be done as usual. If they miss their tables test they could complete one on maths frame instead.
